Besides selling wine, we hold tastings and train restaurant staff. Every year we also invite you to the Young Wine Festival.
Wine tastings
A sommelier leads them together with the vineyard owner. We taste our own wines and bottles from other regions of the world: white, rosé and red, in different styles and at different prices.
For businesses
A team meeting, a banquet, a conference or an evening for clients. We tailor the program and the number of wines to the event.
For individuals
Dinner for two, an anniversary, a birthday. We come with the wine and tell you about every bottle.
Where
At our vineyard, in a restaurant, a hotel, a conference room or at your home.
Sommelier training
We train staff to understand wine better and advise guests with more confidence. The sessions are led by people who spent years working in the dining room themselves as sommeliers and restaurant managers.
We agree on the scope and date with each venue separately, to fit its wine list and its guests.
Young Wine Festival in Brodnica
Every year we close the season with the winegrower's harvest celebration and serve young wine, just bottled. A ticket for the 2026 edition costs PLN 310 and includes:
- a welcome with locally produced sparkling wine
- an open wine bar with this year's young wine
- two 45-minute recitals by the band AQ-styczni
- a tasting and a recap of the past year
- dinner, hot dishes and cold appetizers
- a dessert and coffee buffet
- a party with a DJ until 2:00 a.m.
